The New Patriotic Party's (NPP) Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Madam Mercy Adu Gyamfi, has delivered a speech in parliament for the first time since she joined government's legislative body.

Earlier this year, the Member of Parliament for Akwatia, in the Eastern Region, became the talk of the town after delivering what many referred to as a dismal speech at Ghana's 60th anniversary celebrations.
